There is no exchange or returns. This final sale policy is consistent with the industry standard for bridal and special occasion apparel.
Cancellations can be made up to 72 hours after your purchase by contacting us at 916-521-9856 of by e-mail at info@oksanacouture.com . There will be a cancellation fee deducted from the amount of the deposit you have made. This amount is $200.00 per bridal or evening dress to cover overhead expenses. This amount is $50.00 per bridesmaid dress to cover overhead expenses. Your refund will reflect this deduction. There are no exceptions to this clause.
ALL PAYMENTS MADE BY CREDIT CARD CONFIRMS A SATISFIED CUSTOMER AND THE WAIVER OF THE RIGHT TO CANCEL PURCHASE. ANY MERCHANDISE OTHER THAN STOCK IS SPECIAL ORDERED AND CUT FOR YOU.
